What’s in your heart?
Everyone has feelings and this is normal. There is no right or wrong way of completing your heart.
What feelings do you already know?
Have a discussion about different feelings with an adult you live with. Can they tell you any new ones you have not heard of before?
Use crayons, coloured pencils or markers and choose what colours match each emotion. For example, angry might be red or sad might be blue. Then colour in how much of your heart is feeling that emotion right now.
