Riverside Primary School and Nursery runs its own Breakfast Club. The club can be accessed by children who attend Riverside and are in Reception to Year 6. Our Breakfast Club runs from 8:00 - 8:45 every week day. The club takes place in the school's Dinner Hall and parents dropping their children off at Breakfast Club can access the Dinner Hall straight from the car park. We ask that parents accompany their children all the way to the Dinner Hall doors and do not drop them off at the school gate - this is so that they can register their child. 

The club is run by members of school staff and they oversee the children in Breakfast Club. For breakfast each day, children can choose from: cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit, squash and fruit juice. Children with special dietary requirements can be catered for (please speak to the Breakfast Club staff). 

The Breakfast Club cost £3 per session booked. Payment to be made  via online portal Arbor. Parents/Carers must pay for all sessions that they have registered their child for, regardless of if they attend or not.  From September 2025, payment for Breakfast Club will be requested on a termly basis.  Children who are eligible for Free School Meals (FSM) attend Breakfast Club free of charge.

If you wish for your child/ren to attend our Breakfast Club, please email the office on office@riversideprimaryschool.org.uk where they can forward this onto our breakfast club team. Please note that we only have a limited number of spaces and often have a waiting list.
