    At Riverside, we welcome the local community and we have a variety of facilities to let out for frequent/regular clubs or events. We do not hire out for parties.

    Among the facilities that we have to let are:

    • Dining hall with kitchen and access to the field;
    • School Main Hall;
    • A large field;
    • Two playgrounds
    • Classrooms

    There is plenty of parking available on our site.

    Lettings rates (£/hour)

    Area to hire Rate
    Use of dining hall or dining hall with kitchen 39.00
    Use of any classroom area 28.00
    Use of field/playground 25.50

    Use of: multiple classrooms and/or hall over multiple hours (exceeding two hours), or long-term hire i.e. 52 weeks the rate can be negotiated in agreement with the Headteacher/School Business Manager.

    A reduced daily rate can be applied to holiday lettings.

    HAF funded projects through RBWM - rates can be negotiated.
