Vision and Values
At RIVERSIDE we have three school values that permeate all aspects of school life and underpin our aspirations for our children. They are at the core of everything we do, underpin our teaching and learning and are celebrated throughout the school. When writing our school development plan, we ensure that any development points that we set will support the school in reaching its vision and will help the children work towards one or more of our school values. The priorities listed above are the 3-year priorities set in 2021 and they are the areas of school development that we will be focusing on in order to to reach our vision.
British Values
As well as following our three school values, we also filter the British Values into everything that we do.
Democracy - our opinions matter in school.
Respect - we look after each other and our school.
Tolerance - we accept each other's differences.
Rule of law - we keep to rules.
Liberty - we are free to make choices.
