Welcome to Walnut Class

                                  2021 -22

I would like to welcome you to our class page. Here you will find all you need to know about our class and our routines. I am looking forward to a fabulous year with the children packed with lots of fun learning, creativity and great experiences. Keep a look out for photos of us in action!                  Mrs Azad

                                        Our Routines

PE        -     Monday (Come to school with complete games kit on.)

Games  -      Thursday (Come to school with full games kit on.)

Reading -    Read every day for 20 minutes to an adult and have your reading diary signed daily.                      

Spelling -     Spelling test will be on a Friday. New spellings for the week will be                                                 handed out on a Monday. Spellings have to be practised every day.

TT Rock Stars -  Complete 2- 3 games every day.

Water    -     Please bring a named bottle of fresh water every day. Bottles will be sent home                              every  day to be washed and re-filled. 

Fruit     -      Please bring a piece of fruit for morning break time.

Homework -   Homework will be set on My maths every Friday. It must be completed for the        

                             following Friday
