Let's be grateful!
There is so much to be grateful for...lot's of things that we can be thankful for. The fact we are healthy, we have a home, we have family and friends...we have eyes to see, a tongue to taste and so much more.
Can you make a list of things that you can include in your gratitude jar. If you have an empty jam jar that would be great. Decorate it and put lists of things that you are grateful for. Pop a few glittery things in there too. If you would rather do it on paper print off the jar on paper.
